I'm Catherine Marie, or Cachi. I have no idea how i got the name Cachi. They say it was because of my yaya who cannot pronounce "cathy", some say it was because of my dad who kept saying "cachi cachi coo" instead of "coochie coochie coo". I don't have an idea how i got it.

I googled the word Cachi and found out that it's a town in Argentina about 156 km from Salta City. I haven't been there. And I'm pretty sure my parents haven't been there. But I wanna go there and see what Cachi looks like :D

As I was googling, I found out another word that's kinda close to Cachi. The word is Cachichas. It's a Chavacano (Zamboanga Spanish) word that means smelly feet, or something negative about the feet. Let me tell you, I am not named after a foot disease. My parents would definitely not do that.

I also noticed that I'm not the only person named Cachi here in the Philippines. Try checking it using the search bar in friendster. You will see 7 or 8 users with the name Cachi.

So there, my name is Cachi. Pronounced as Catchy. Just like my catchy personality. Lol. Kidding. :D
